We want you to love your O My Bag, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your leather goods within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Bag
Place the item securely in its original dust bag and shipping box, ensuring you include the packing slip provided in the portal.
Ship It Back
Attach the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest designated carrier collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our Amsterdam warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days to your original payment method.
